A person of value brings/creates value wherever they go.  A person is considered valuable because of what they do and how they do it.  What you do on a consistent basis comes from what you believe. A person of value brings increase.  They bring strength, courage, knowledge, understanding, peace, hope, productivity, change, growth.

If we look at the fruits of the Spirit, they are: love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness,  gentleness and self-control.  These are all qualities of a person of value.

“Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud.  It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.  Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth.  It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.”

Picture these qualities at work in the world, in your job, with the people you work with or manage.  These qualities thrive in a place of conflict and disorder, because they bring peace and order. These qualities change the environment and culture.  These qualities create influence. By holding these qualities in increasing measure, you become very rare. Something rare becomes very valuable. People seek out what is rare and will pay you whatever you want because you are that valuable.  You are valuable because you bring change, function and increase. They will pay you to bring the very thing you want to bring, which is the kingdom of heaven.

These qualities create success because they are based off of function. Function will always rise to the top over malfunction. Solving real world problems with kingdom solutions.  A person who holds these qualities will do just that. This is how you let your light so shine. This is how we practically demonstrate to the world who God actually is.  Because of you someone is able to taste and see that God is good.
