In John 16:13-15 Jesus says,
“But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all the truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come. He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you. All that belongs to the Father is mine. That is why I said the Spirit will receive from me what he will make known to you.”
The Holy Spirit will lead us into all truth; He will speak to us what he hears from Jesus; he will tell us what is yet to come. Jesus said, “He will glorify me because it is from me that he will receive what he will make known to you.” The Holy Spirit receives from Jesus what to make known to us, and then reveals it to us. But check this out, Jesus said, “All that belongs to the Father is mine.” How much belongs to the Farther? Everything. So how much belongs to Jesus? Everything. What does the Holy Spirit reveal to us? What belongs to Jesus. What belongs to Jesus? Everything. What do we have access to? Everything.
God made everything that exists. Everything was made for and through Jesus, and everything is held together in him. We are reconnected to the source that all life comes from. Our assignment is on earth to display the true nature and character of God. We the people of the kingdom who are citizens, sons, ambassadors, co-heirs with christ, partakers in the divine nature, are to be leading the world in every area of life. In business, science, government, education, arts and entertainment, media, relationships, and family.
Any person who ever created something new, tapped into something that already existed, but not yet realized. Everything that has been created was sourced from the created. Everything that is needed to make a car comes from the earth. A wood table is sourced from a tree. A rocket and the fuel need to launch it, is all sourced from the earth. Electricity, radio signals, wi-fi, TV, a computer, a hard drive, all these things were sourced from what already existed but was yet to be realized.
We are here on earth to display the splendor of the creator of existence. And we are well equipped for the task. Go therefore and make disciples of nations by displaying the true image of God. The only way to have impact in this world is to participate in the aspects that make a family, community, city, state, and nation function. If we live disconnected from society we alienate ourselves from our purpose in life which is to cause this earth to function like heaven functions.
Ambassadors represents their country of origin to a foreign country. We are here on purpose, to interact with this world on behalf of heaven. When we participate in society on behalf of heaven we tap into the potential for impact and transformation that already existed but was yet to be realized. We as Ambassadors initiate the realization of the unseen into the seen. We initiate function where there used to be only malfunction. We bring life and growth where there used to be death and destruction. As we exercise our authority, duties and responsibilities we tap into an environment that necessitates the realization of our own potential. This is how the world becomes like heaven. It’s when the children of God step into the reality of true sonship and participate in the divine nature.
